Biography
Born and raised in Jersey City, Dr. Julie Miller earned both her medical degree and PhD at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans. She returned to New York City for ophthalmology training at the prestigious Harkness Eye Institute of Columbia Presbyterian Hospital, where she participated in hundreds of complex cases that many eye surgeons never encounter in their careers. There, she also trained under pioneering leaders in ophthalmology, including the inventor of the laser used in refractive surgery.
Dr. Miller specializes in eyelid plastic surgery, including blepharoplasty, droopy eyelid repair, and eyelid lifts. As Director of the APS Non-Invasive Center, she also provides non-surgical rejuvenation treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, CoolSculpting, Ultherapy, the Vampire Facial, and her own innovative PhatFacial procedure.
