In the September edition of Women’s Health, Jessica Simpson opens up about her decision to keep her breasts just the way they are and not undergo a breast reduction, as other stars like Ariel Winter have opted to do recently. Jessica, the famously buxom blonde, considered having a breast reduction after living with the changes that motherhood brought to her body.
She explains that she thought about having a breast reduction because “My boobs just have their own life. They have a way of making themselves present.” She admitted that media scrutiny during her weight fluctuations over the years led the star to doubt herself and her body.
Ultimately, though, she decided that what matters is how she feels about herself. She says, “After having kids, I look at myself and I’m like, you know what, my boobs are actually really big, but I like how they are . . . and Eric loves them still.”
Content with her current shape and happy with her husband and family, Jessica has decided that plastic surgery isn’t for her right now, but she hasn’t closed the door on the option for the future.
