Dr. Elliot Heller, MD

Biography

Dr. Elliot Heller is a plastic surgeon and the owner of Allure Plastic Surgery. He has more than 20 years of surgical experience and has performed well over 10,000 procedures in New York, pairing precise technique with an artistic eye for natural-looking results in facial cosmetic surgery and male enhancement.

Dr. Heller trained in head and neck surgery at NYU Medical Center and in plastic surgery at Mount Sinai Medical Center. He is a founding member of the American Academy of Aesthetic and Restorative Surgery.

Male Enhancement

Dr. Heller is one of the most experienced male enhancement surgeons in the United States, with more than 2,000 successful procedures. His techniques include suspensory ligament release, fat transfer, dermal filler augmentation, glanular enhancement, pubic lift, and non-surgical enlargement. He started NY Penis Enlargement, a practice focused entirely on male enhancement.

Practice Leadership

As owner, Dr. Heller has built a multi-location practice serving patients across Manhattan, Staten Island, and New Jersey, and he personally performs his patients' procedures, supported by a team that includes board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Harry T. Haramis, facial plastic surgeon Dr. Andrew J. Miller, and ophthalmologist Dr. Julie Miller.
