This is a 47 year old female who was unhappy with the appearance of her eyes. She was told that she looked tired even when she was not. She also was told that she occasionally looked angry. She underwent a simple upper lid blepharoplasty which removes extra eyelid skin and sculpts the upper eyelid.
This was a great procedure for her because she did not want major surgery or be put to sleep. Upper lid eyelid surgery can be done with a simple local anesthesia in about an hour. She had some bruising the first week, but still performed all her usual routines around the house. And it can be seen that she had a great rejuvenation of her eyelid area with a more refreshed and awake appearance.
