This is a 26 year old female who wanted to enhance the size of her breasts. She was a small B size and wanted to become a full C. Since she had some breast tissue to begin with, an inframammary incision was used and worked very well. Bilateral 300 cc saline filled implants were used, and the implants were placed into a dual plane. That gave the appearance of some additional fullness higher up in the breasts. The patient was very happy with her natural result.
